Every great epoxy floor starts with proper surface preparation. That’s why our process begins with a full mechanical grind using industrial-grade diamond grinders.
This removes old coatings, opens the pores of the concrete, and creates the ideal profile for maximum epoxy adhesion.
By starting with a clean, perfectly profiled surface, we eliminate future peeling, flaking, and delamination—giving your floor the strongest possible foundation before any epoxy is applied.

After grinding, we inspect the entire surface for any cracks, pits, or imperfections and repair them using professional-grade concrete fillers.
Once the floor is smooth and structurally sound, we apply a high-performance moisture barrier. This crucial step prevents water vapor from pushing up through the slab, which is one of the leading causes of epoxy failure.
By sealing the concrete and eliminating moisture issues before the coating goes down, we ensure long-term durability and a flawless final finish.
After the surface is prepared, we apply a durable epoxy base coat that's matched to the design requested. It's also engineered to bond permanently to the concrete.
Depending on the finish you choose—flake, quartz, or metallic—we use the proper installation method to ensure a smooth, even, and durable foundation.
For our metallics we typically sand the base coat surface before design coat, this step guarantees strong adhesion and a flawless final result.
This is where your floor comes to life. Depending on your chosen finish, we either broadcast a full-coverage flake system or pour a luxury metallic epoxy design.
Flake floors give you a clean, consistent look with great traction and durability, while metallic systems offer a high-end, seamless finish with unique depth and movement.
No matter which option you choose, every installation is done with precision to ensure a flawless, long-lasting result.
Once the design layer is complete, we scrape and re-vacuum flake floors to ensure a perfectly even surface.
For our finishes, we typically use a high-quality epoxy top coat, delivering excellent adhesion and long-term durability.
For outdoor projects, we switch to a polyaspartic top coat for superior UV stability and weather resistance. For indoor spaces that need extra protection, we also offer premium urethane top coats, providing additional scratch, chemical, and wear resistance.
This final step seals the floor, enhances the finish, and ensures your new surface stays clean, strong, and beautiful for years.
